Fidelio is currently researching how leading Chairs strengthen and develop Board judgement and decision-making capability. All stress the imperative of cognitive diversity, and there is a substantial body of research that underscores the contribution of gender balance to Board and corporate performance.
We were therefore pleased to see the 2024 FTSE Women Leaders Report charting progress in the UK towards gender balance at Board and leadership level in the UK’s leading listed and now also private companies.
