Board culture is a major focus of Fidelio’s Review, Search and Development assignments internationally.
This becomes all the more important in times of disruption and change.
Recently Fidelio has been asked, in particular, to address the link between Board culture and sustainability. Sustainability clearly has several dimensions including:
the Director’s Duty to promote the ongoing success of the company
consideration and accountability for environmental impacts and opportunities
oversight of the social and people-related issues that underpin long-term success.
In this Overture we share five key trends that we see in terms of Board culture underpinning sustainability.
