Without a doubt times are uncertain and Boards are becoming accustomed to a VUCA world.  

If “civilian street” is feeling the pace of change, then what about the military? Here we are seeing extraordinary developments in warfare that challenge much conventional thinking. While there has been a major mindset shift that defence is indeed essential, the political will to provide adequate funding still falls short in many markets.  

Fidelio has always worked cross-border, cross-sector, cross-function in building Board capability. This includes understanding what business can learn from leaders in public service and vice versa.  

We were recently humbled to be asked to speak to a group of military leaders on business leadership in times of uncertainty.
