Just over 15 years ago, Fidelio was founded on the premise that we could best serve our clients and add value “cross-border, cross-sector, cross-function”. This was at a time when competitors were largely organised on a grid basis with consultants bringing experience of a particular square on the grid and recommending Search or Advisory solutions based predominantly on that specific perspective.

Fidelio's argument then as now is that leadership teams are not equipped to navigate transformation by drawing largely on historical experience. That applies to the Board and the Executive Committee.
