AI & The Board: Practice & Philosophy

THE AGENDA

The single topic most consistently raised in Fidelio’s Board performance assignments and conversations is AI. How does the Board provide oversight? Can the Board ensure competitive advantage? 

To that end, Fidelio recently hosted a Chair Roundtable – “AI, Quantum & Cyber”. We welcomed Chairs and experienced Committee Chairs from a range of sectors including but not limited to banking, insurance, legal services, mining, real estate, gaming and consumer. We were also joined by Mark Hughes, Global Managing Partner of Cybersecurity Services, IBM, bringing real-time, thought-provoking insight from Boardrooms globally.
