CHAIR PRIORITIES IN TURBULENT TIMES
Fidelio has been tracking Board judgement. As geopolitical and macro-economic challenges intensify and AI and climate disruption increases, the need for effective decision-making and sound judgement in the Boardroom is amplified.
Building on the Judgement Muscle, Fidelio conducted research reflecting three key themes that have been prominent in our work with Chairs internationally:
1. Calibrating risk appetite in the Boardroom.
2. Building Board resilience.
3. Ensuring agility and openness to innovation at Board-level.
