WHAT'S NEW - CONFIRMATION DIRECTION
All high-performing companies regularly review and, where necessary, update strategy. Given the importance of this exercise, increasingly Fidelio is observing Strategy Off-Sites as part of
the external Board Performance Review.
Recently we conducted our own Strategy Review as part of a regular sequence of workshops
with our Team. This is an exciting time for all those associated with the Boardroom and Fidelio
looked at three key trends in particular, which gave us comfort and confirmed our focus and
direction:
