 A leadership appointment at Board or Executive level is a key opportunity to strengthen strategic alignment. Too often it is a missed opportunity. 

The process of identifying and appointing senior leaders within a business is a prime responsibility of the Board and CEO. It’s about people with all the sensitivities and unpredictability this entails. In some instances, change is welcome. At times it is not. Frequently the appointments process is stressful and may be uncomfortable.
