A leadership appointment at Board or Executive level is a key opportunity to strengthen strategic alignment. Too often it is a missed opportunity.
The process of identifying and appointing senior leaders within a business is a prime responsibility of the Board and CEO. It’s about people with all the sensitivities and unpredictability this entails. In some instances, change is welcome. At times it is not.
