Reward & The Board

Board performance is the key focus for Fidelio.  

There are many aspects to Board performance but one which attracts too little attention is how Board Members are compensated. 

This matters. 

Often Board Members will reassure themselves and others that they are not “in it” for the money alone. From one perspective this gives comfort regarding independence. A Board Member who can afford to walk is arguably better placed to deliver critical judgement and home truths.
