Fidelio Appoints New Search Partner - Michelle Junne de Biolley

Fidelio Partners welcomes the appointment of Michelle Junne de Biolley as a Search Partner. This most recent addition to the senior team further enhances Fidelio’s Board search practice and deepens the firm’s expertise in Board and senior talent advisory across Financial Services.
Michelle brings to Fidelio more than 20 years of executive search and talent advisory experience, with a particular focus on Financial Services. Based in London, she has advised leading financial institutions across investment banking, private wealth management and private equity, helping clients identify and appoint senior leaders who drive growth and long-term performance.
Throughout her career, Michelle has worked closely with CEOs, senior business leaders, Boards and Compensation Committees on critical leadership appointments. Her experience spans the full search lifecycle, from defining the role and assessing the market through to appointment and onboarding. Prior to joining Fidelio, Michelle was a Strategic Advisor at Caldwell and held senior roles with leading international executive search firms.
In addition to her executive search expertise, Michelle is a trained business and executive coach. This brings an additional dimension to her work with clients and candidates, combining rigorous search and assessment with a relationship-driven understanding of leadership performance, career development and long-term organisational fit.
