Fidelio appoints new Partner – Irina Hunter - with extensive buyside / investment management experience, further enhancing Fidelio’s Board Search, Evaluation, and Development capability.
Irina brings deep knowledge of capital markets and strong relationships with the investment community. She has rich first-hand experience of investing with a long-term mindset in companies globally, including in EMEA and Asia. This insight complements Fidelio’s proven ESG capability.
Irina was a Portfolio Manager at LGM Investments, a subsidiary of Bank of Montreal (BMO) Asset Management (now owned by ColumbiaThreadneedle).

Irina Hunter - Biography
Irina joins Fidelio Partners following an international career spanning over 20 years in Asset Management, Investment Banking and Private Equity. Most recently, Irina spent 15 years at LGM Investments, an Emerging Markets boutique (part of BMO Asset Management and now a subsidiary of ColumbiaThreadneedle). Over the course of her career, Irina co-managed LGM Emerging Markets Fund and launched LGM Emerging Markets Smaller Companies Fund raising capital from European and North American institutional investors.
Irina took a long-term approach to investments building a deep understanding of the company and fully recognising the importance of strong corporate governance as a source of value creation for shareholders.
Irina brings a thorough understanding of sound stewardship and governance from the shareholder perspective, as well as a senior and diverse network across leading businesses and the international asset management community. This experience will fit very well with to Fidelio’s highly-developed ESG capability.
