Michelle brings to Fidelio more than 20 years of executive search and talent advisory experience, with a particular focus on Financial Services. Based in London, she has advised leading financial institutions across investment banking, private wealth management and private equity, helping clients identify and appoint senior leaders who drive growth and long-term performance.

Throughout her career, Michelle has worked closely with CEOs, senior business leaders, Boards and Compensation Committees on critical leadership appointments. Her experience spans the full search lifecycle, from defining the role and assessing the market through to appointment and onboarding. Prior to joining Fidelio, Michelle was a Strategic Advisor at Caldwell and held senior roles with leading international executive search firms.
