Fidelio, in collaboration with the German British Roundtable (GBR) and the Berlin Institute for Governance & Leadership (BIGL), is hosting our second Virtual Roundtable of 2025.

Fidelio has a deep commitment to and track record in building high-performing Boards; promoting greater gender balance is an important component of our work. We have previously partnered with the GBR and BIGL to explore the progress being made in Germany and the UK towards greater gender balance in the Boardroom.  Please join us for a panel discussion followed by Roundtable conversation:

• Update on progress towards gender balance in German Boards and leadership teams - Dr. Philine Erfurt Sandhu, Chair and Director, BIGL; Deputy Chair, House of Finance & Tech Berlin

• Review of female representation on UK and International Boards – Gillian Karran-Cumberlege, Head of Chair Advisory, Fidelio; Chair, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Chapter Zero

• Practical experience in a multinational – Janina Kugel, Chair, Remuneration Committee, Swissport; former Chief Human Resources Officer, Siemens

The discussion will be moderated by Patricia Godfrey, Chair of the German-British Chamber of Industry & Commerce, and we will also be joined by Dr. Annette Petow, lawyer, specialised in corporate governance and ESG matters.
