We were therefore delighted to welcome Pauline van der Meer Mohr to Fidelio’s Board breakfast on Tuesday 15th October 2019 – our theme was “The Board and The People Agenda” and we were joined by Chairs, Non-Executive and Executive Directors.  

Pauline van der Meer Mohr is the Remuneration Committee Chair of HSBC, Chair of EY Netherlands LLP, Deputy-Chair of Royal DSM N.V., Chair of the Dutch Corporate Governance Code Monitoring Committee, and Non-Executive Director of Mylan N.V. Drawing upon her extensive international Board, corporate governance and human resources experience, Pauline will help us explore:
