Fidelio was pleased to have been invited to present on “Business Leadership in Uncertainty – What Works”, at a recent Leadership Conference hosted by 8 Engineer Brigade. We were asked to offer a business perspective, focusing on how Boards and Leadership teams navigate uncertainty.

In particular we explored:

• Causes of disruption in business.

• The key themes we are seeing, in our work with Board and leadership teams, that are effective for Business Leaders during uncertain times.
