Fidelio and the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership were pleased to host a Roundtable discussion on 9th November exploring 'Gender, Power and Influence in the Boardroom'.

This Roundtable welcomed key speakers Hon. Julia Gillard, Chair of GIWL and the Wellcome Trust and former Prime Minister of Australia, Denise Wilson, Chief Executive of FTSE Women Leaders, and Fiona Cannon, Director of Sustainable Business at Lloyds Banking Group. Moderated by Fidelio's Gillian Karran-Cumberlege, this discussion explored the status of gender diversity in the Boardroom, and throughout the organisation, and identify tangible actions for progress.
