Fidelio was pleased to be hosting one module as part of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership’s course on “Governance for a Sustainable Future”, centered around our research publication “The Judgement Muscle.”

The course educates senior executives and Board Members of leading global organisations on how to respond to regulatory and stakeholder pressures, drive transformative change and understand governance as a system accountable for enacting the corporation’s purpose.

Fidelio explored the importance of the Board “Judgement Muscle” and decision-making capability to Board performance, sustainable value creation and steering the organisation with regard to AI.
