Fidelio Board Breakfast: “The Chairman and Disruption”, 23 October 2018
Fidelio is pleased to host a Breakfast Roundtable for the Chairs who have participated in Fidelio’s research into “The Chairman and Disruption”. Over breakfast we will discuss the principal findings of the research, as well as the practical takeaways as to how Chairs are preparing their Boards for disruption and to benefit from disruption.
We will be joined in this Roundtable discussion by Sarah Bates, former Chair of St James’s Place, and David Tyler, Chairman of J Sainsbury’s, Hammerson and Domestic and General who both contributed to the original research. Other guests will include leading Chairs from the UK and internationally who have also contributed.
The Executive Summary is available here and covers practical insights from Chairmen including:
- Defining and identifying disruption
- Preparing Boards for disruption (including Board composition)
- And the Chair’s role in strategy formulation
