Fidelio Board Breakfast 'The Board and the People Agenda'

Fidelio’s focus – through Search and Evaluation – is building Boards fit for the future. The People Agenda is key. We were therefore delighted to welcome Pauline van der Meer Mohr to Fidelio’s Board breakfast on Tuesday 15th October 2019 – our theme was “The Board and The People Agenda” and we were joined by Chairs, Non-Executive and Executive Directors.  

Pauline van der Meer Mohr is the Remuneration Committee Chair of HSBC, Chair of EY Netherlands LLP, Deputy-Chair of Royal DSM N.V., Chair of the Dutch Corporate Governance Code Monitoring Committee, and Non-Executive Director of Mylan N.V. Drawing upon her extensive international Board, corporate governance and human resources experience, Pauline will help us explore:
