Fidelio & Reed Smith Breakfast Roundtable 'FinTech, Governance and Growth'

Reed Smith and Fidelio hosted a Breakfast Roundtable exploring “FinTech, Governance and Growth” on Tuesday 12th November 2019.

FinTech as a sector continues to attract investment; as leading players grow, they also attract regulatory scrutiny. A key priority is embedding effective governance that provides comfort to shareholders, regulators and stakeholders, while also enabling innovation and growth.

At the Roundtable we were joined by Chairs, Non-Executives, GCs and investors of leading FinTechs and Challenger Banks, including:

With our key speakers we explored how FinTechs best develop an effective governance framework that combines the experience and rigour of established players and preserves the agility and disruption that characterises successful challengers.
