‘Neurodiversity & The Workplace – The Role of The Board’

Fidelio hosted a Zoom Roundtable - ‘Neurodiversity & The Workplace – The Role of The Board' -on Tuesday 22nd March.

Neurodiversity in the workforce is an important aspect of diversity that often gets little focus on the Board Agenda. Fidelio is delighted to welcome Ian Iceton, who is currently undertaking a Doctoral study (DBA) in Neurodiversity at Cranfield University, to share his research and experience. Ian previously worked as a HR Director for over 20 years, including as Group HR Director of Network Rail and HR Director of Volkswagen Group UK. Together with Fidelio, Ian will explore key themes including:

• Understanding and approaching neurodiversity

• The benefits and risks for companies

• The Role of the Board
