In our work building Boards and leadership teams “fit for the future”, Fidelio is committed to increasing gender balance on Boards and leadership teams as well as addressing the gender pay gap. Both are high on the Board Agenda. Fidelio is pleased to contribute to the pipeline of female Executives and Directors through our “A Seat at the Table” Programme.
We are delighted to announce that Jan Babiak, Chair of the Audit Committee at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Bank of Montreal and Board Member at Euromoney Institutional Investors, will be joining “A Seat at the Table” alumni and other senior Executives and Directors at a Fidelio Board breakfast. Jan will share her experiences of her route to the Boardroom and shed light on how to move the dial on achieving greater diversity at Board level. Jan brings an international Board portfolio and extensive experience as a Non-Executive Director of major public company Boards, including in the FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and Fortune 500.
Key themes that Jan shall address in particular include:
- Decisions and transitions to the Boardroom and how to build an international portfolio
- The importance and power of networks
- How to move the dial on achieving greater diversity within organisations
- How to build your own personal roadmap to the Boardroom
The breakfast will take place on Thursday 11th October and is by invitation only. For more information, please contact Olivia on firstname.lastname@example.org
